Console Operations
OAOT provides support for a variety of mid range and mainframe console operations, including class I and II systems that include managing processing tasks, maintaining operating procedures, performing IPLs and IMLs, and completing standard systems operations and maintenance. Our experience ranges from large mainframe environments to mid-range AS400 style solutions, resulting in improved systems operations, higher quality systems documentation, and cost savings for our customers. We support a wide range of customers from both the public and a private sector, including the world's leading outsourcing organizations. OAOT has also provided console operations for one of the first states in the US to outsource its full range of IT services.
